Who we are
ZenStateShift is a brand operated by Naillya LLC. We sell desk recovery products to customers in the United States through zenstateshift.co. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Contact: info@zenstateshift.com. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, messages you send through our contact form or by email, and your email address if you join our mailing list. Payment card details are entered on our payment providers' secure checkout and are not stored by us. Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, products added to cart, referring website, and cookie or pixel identifiers.
How we use your information
To process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates, provide customer support, handle returns and replacements, prevent fraud, keep the store secure, understand how the store is used so we can improve it, measure our advertising, show you relevant ads (only as described below), send marketing emails if you subscribe, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers we use
We share information only with the companies that help us run the store, for the purposes above: Shopify (our store platform, checkout and order management; Shopify's own privacy policy applies to its processing); our payment processors through Shopify checkout (for example Shopify Payments, Shop Pay or PayPal when offered); our US fulfillment warehouse (KGH), which receives your name, shipping address, phone and order contents to pack and ship your order; shipping carriers, which receive your shipping details to deliver your package; 17TRACK, which receives only the tracking number you enter on our Track Your Order page; our email marketing tool (Shopify Email or Klaviyo) if you subscribe; analytics tools (Shopify Analytics and, if enabled, Google Analytics); and our product review app once installed.
Advertising and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API (through Shopify's Facebook & Instagram channel) to measure our ads and show ads to people who visited our store. This sends Meta information such as pages viewed, products added to cart, checkouts started, purchases, and hashed contact details. Under some US state laws this may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in "Your choices and rights". We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and pixels that are necessary to run the store (cart, checkout, security), analytics cookies to understand store use, and advertising cookies and pixels described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, the cookie banner on our store. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising where required by law.
Emails
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we send product news and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@zenstateshift.com. We will still send messages about your orders (confirmation, shipping, support).
Your choices and rights
Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, and certain profiling. To make a request, email info@zenstateshift.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your request using information from your orders, respond within the time required by law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, handle returns, keep accounting and tax records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no online service can be completely secure.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
