The kit
What is included in the Desk Reset Kit?
One Weighted Eye Mask, one Neck & Shoulder Wrap, bamboo cloth bags, ritual guides, and 2 dry unscented scent pads for optional essential oil use, in a magnetic gift box.
Can I buy the products separately?
Yes. The Weighted Eye Mask ($49) and the Neck & Shoulder Wrap ($69) are available on their own. The Desk Reset Kit includes both for $89 ($118 if purchased separately), with Free US Shipping.
What do I receive with the 2-Pack?
Two complete Desk Reset Kit sets for $159 ($178 as two separate kits): 2 Weighted Eye Masks and 2 Neck & Shoulder Wraps, with the accessories of each kit. One to keep, one to give.
Using the ritual
How do I use it warm or cool?
Warm: Follow the included product-specific heating guide. Only heat components approved for microwave use. Always test temperature before use. Cool: Follow the included cooling guide for your specific product.
How long is the ritual?
About 10 minutes: close the laptop, warm it or cool it if you like, then rest with the eye mask over closed eyes and the wrap over your neck and shoulders.
Can I use essential oils?
Only with the dry scent pad included in the Desk Reset Kit: add 1–2 drops to the pad, never directly on the mask or wrap, and remove the pad before heating or cooling.
Care & safety
How do I clean it?
Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Store in a cool, dry place.
What safety tips should I follow?
Follow the guide included with each product. Only heat components approved for microwave use, never leave heating unattended, and always test temperature before use. Do not use while sleeping. Discontinue use if discomfort occurs.
Is this a medical product?

Shipping
Which orders ship free?
Free US Shipping applies to the Desk Reset Kit and the 2-Pack. Shipping for individual products (the eye mask or the wrap on their own) is calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Available destinations and options are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our US warehouse. Most US orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page, or use the link in your shipping email.
Returns
What is the 30-Day Quality Promise?
