Orders are fulfilled from our US fulfillment partner in Louisville, Kentucky.

Pre-Orders:
If your item is marked as a pre-order, your order will be reserved after checkout and shipped once the launch batch is ready.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the customer’s location.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

We currently ship within the United States.
